Lunch / dinner: $25 - $30 per person. Plus 23% tax. A la carte.

Full payment is required on your credit card reservations. If you make a cancellation after the payment is made, the refund of your money will be made according to the following policy ;
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
All reservations , changes or cancellations must be made by fax or email.
The money will be refunded as long as you have done the reservation in writing and according to the following conditions:
If the cancellation is made 15 days before date of arrival no fee will be charge.
If the cancellation is made 6 to 3 days before the date of arrival %50 fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made 2 days before the date of arrival, there will be no return
There will ne no refund on unused nights and / or if the guest leaves the hotel earlier than estimated.
Easter, Christmas and New Year/
The money will be refunded as long as you have done it in writing and according to the following conditions:
If the cancellation is made 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charge
If the cancellation is made 30 days before date of arrival , no amount will be refunded.
If you cancel the reservation on arrival date or you leave the hotel before the estimated time no amount will be refunded.
It is also applicable for the packages as well.
Honeymoon Packages, Fishing and Diving:
The money will refunded as long as you have done it in writing and according to the following conditions :
If the a cancellation is made 30 days before the day of arrival no fee will be charged.
Between 29 days and 8 days of the cancellation , %50 of the fee will be charged.
ıf the cancellation is made, less than 30 days before the date of entry, there will be no refund
No show will be applied for early checks out and for cancellations on the arrival date.
Impossibility of performance
We agree that The Suu Hotels is relieved of any obligation due to events beyond our control such as fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes or any order of the government of the republic.
