CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations , changes or cancellations must be made by fax or email.
The money will be refunded as long as you have done the reservation in writing and according to the following conditions:
- If the cancellation is made 15 days before date of arrival no fee will be charge.
- If the cancellation is made 6 to 3 days before the date of arrival %50 fee will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made 2 days before the date of arrival, there will be no return
- There will ne no refund on unused nights and / or if the guest leaves the hotel earlier than estimated.
